PRESIDENT
Vanessa Rotoni
Vanessa is a travel and lifestyle promoter with Travel Advantage. With over 15 years in the travel industry, she helps people explore the world through a curated wholesale travel club — making dream trips more affordable and memorable.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska with degrees in Family Science and Sociology, Vanessa has been married to her husband, Daniel, for 16 years. Together they’re raising three energetic boys. When she’s not homeschooling, you’ll find her enjoying worship, singing, photography, coffee, wine, and shopping. Top destinations? Hawaii and Fiji.
VICE PRESIDENT
Shasta Moreno
Raised in Rapid City by entrepreneurial families, Shasta found her true calling in helping businesses across industries and states solve issues, simplify processes, and achieve their vision. Today, she’s the founder of Black Hills Business Results, where she serves as a Professional EOS Implementer, coaching business owners right here in the Black Hills.
Beyond business, Shasta plays percussion on her worship team, loves camping adventures with her husband, dog, kids, and grandkids, and is a newly hooked geocacher.
TREASURER
Kassie McDuff
Kassie grew up in Rapid City, where she met her husband and raised two kids. She honed her bookkeeping skills working in her family’s business before launching Honest Bee Bookkeeping in 2020. By January 2024, she was running her business full-time — helping clients understand their finances and reach their goals.
Creative at heart, Kassie is also an avid scrapbooker and paper crafter. If you’ve received a handmade birthday card from Women’s Network, chances are it came from her in-home studio.

Michele Blake
Michele with one L is a Rapid City-based headshot and brand photographer — and the creative force behind The Loft Studio + Space, which she opened in 2024 with the support of her Women’s Network cheerleaders.
She specializes in flattering, personality-driven brand photography for entrepreneurs, business owners, and personal brands in Rapid City and beyond. Off the clock, you’ll find Michele traveling, sipping Prosecco, or scouting the best brunch spots in the Black Hills.
